You can request permanent deletion of your My Cal AI Fitness Tracker account and all associated data at any time — whether or not the app is still installed on your device.

Delete from inside the app (iPhone)

Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. Because you're signed in, we can confirm it's really your account, and it's deleted immediately — no waiting, no email needed.

Can't open the app? Request deletion by email

Send an email to ajaykonda981@gmail.com from the same email address you used to sign in to the app (Google or Apple Sign-In).
Use the subject line: "Delete my My Cal AI account".
Because an email address alone isn't proof of who you are, we may reply asking you to confirm a detail on your account (such as when you joined or your current streak) before we delete anything.
Once confirmed, your account is deleted within 24–48 hours, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Your profile (height, weight, age, gender, calorie goal, theme/preferences)
All logged meals, exercise, and water entries
Your weight history
Feedback messages you've submitted
Your account sign-in record with this app

What may be retained

The only thing that survives deletion is our internal AI-cost ledger, and even there we strip out your account identifier first, so what remains is an anonymous number that can no longer be linked back to you.
